1 of 14 Orange SCS (SUPER COMPETITION SERIES) boats made and a 1 year only boat, 5 were destroyed in the filming of "Face Off" and only 9 are estimated to still be in existence. This isn't your average 23' 4" boat. These boats are port side drive, have a car-like wrap around "dash board" with center console mounted controls, Kevlar hull, IMCO external steering ram, ran 74mph back in 1997 bone stock with a factory 502. Today this boat will cruise at 2800 rpms doing around 38mph with the ability to run 78-80 mph at 5300rpms if needed. This boat has a 425hp 496ci Mercruiser attached to a newer bravo 1 drive. Both have a little under 100 hours on them since the repower in 2011 as of now. Hours are tracked by the Smart Craft system and may vary because the season isn't over yet. The engine was a $16k+ fresh water cooled factory crate engine. A Smart Craft ECU system was installed when the boat was repowered monitoring everything from RPM's to out drive water pressure. The boat is turn key and the most reliable boat you'll come across. Comes with Stereo system with marine sub and Bose speakers, Lowrance HDS-5 GPS/Sonar, Lowrance marine cb/radio, all bumpers, ropes, vests, safety items, bimini top, boat cover, cockpit cover and led navigation lights installed. This is probably the ONLY orange SCS you'll ever come across also. Comes on a 2003 Loadmaster bunk trailer. Possibly interested in 60-70's muscle car, sports car or luxury vehicle trades. I'll consider a 28+ft "go-fast" boat trade also (no project boats). There's over $25k in repower cost between parts and labor in this boat. The engine alone is $16K without any installation labor. I don't care if it stays or goes and know I have a turn key ready to cruise boat for next season if the right offer doesn't come along.
