Good little camper floor easy to move. Floors are solid has a clear title.  No bathroom.  Tires are like new. It has air conditioning, heat can be plugged into power plug. Overall very solid.  All window seals seem good as well as the windows all work.  Has a new spare tire aswell.  If we make a deal deposit will be required and a set in stone time of pickup.   Fridge microwave all work.  Any questions please ask
