This is a 1997 Lowe Family 245 nice 24 1/2 foot pontoon with a 50HP Evinrude outboard engine and a tandem axle trailer both included in the sale. This is a great large pontoon boat that was built and named for family fun. Its open floorplan and extra seating make it easily accomitable for an extended family.The exterior of the boat is in good condition. The logs (or two pontoons) are in excellent shape as well as the aluminum dock rails. The tin siding is the edgyist thing about this boat as there quite a few small dings up and down the sides and in the front which is why the exterior is not listed in excellent condition. However, for a 15+ year old boat this one is far above the average.The interior of the boat is in excellent condition. The carpet is all clean and intact as are the vinyl seats. No large rips, tears, scuffs, or staining anywhere inside the boat; it is especially clean. This boat is also equipped with a large bimini top and bimini top cover, moveable swimming ladder, rear stationary ladder, tons of extra storage under 4 bench seats, also a large front platform for a grill or extra seating, as well as two side doors and a rear door. The deck of this boat has got a phenomenal set-up.Mechanically this boat is 100% lake ready and up for any family trip to the lake. The boat starts, idles, shifts forward and reverse, handles, runs, and pumps water exactly as it should. This boat does come with a tandem axle trailer that is road worthy.
