This nice Lance camper will provide you shelter where ever the road takes you.  You do not see many of these around, because when people buy them they hang on to them.  Great camper, but my traveling days are over!  Have traveled all over the USA with it.  Best thing about this camper is it has everything you need in the back of your pickup and you can park in any normal size parking space!Includes:- Queen size bed- AC- Heater- Refridgerater with freezer - wood panels are missing but does not affect operation - 3 way AC, propane, DC- Microwave- Double sink- Closet- Cook Stove with Oven- Dining table- Upper bunk bed- Roll out awning- Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower- Outdside shower- Lots of storage in cabinets and drawers- Electric jacks- Solar panel and 12 volt battery- Monitor for fresh water tank, black and gray water tanks, battery voltage.- Stove hood with light and fan.The camper does need a new water heater.  Sold as is.  This camper has had a lot of adventures and it is ready to take you on yours for a fraction of the cost of a new Lance camper.On Feb-07-23 at 16:20:13 PST, seller added the following information:Here are some answers to questions.  The camper needs an 8' truck bed and an extended cab or crew cab.  The minimum size truck is a 3/4 ton.  It will not work in a 1/2 ton truck.  Dry weight is 2730 lbs.  There are some soft spots in ceiling from water leaks.  I have sealed leaks with roofing tape and rubber roof paint.  This is a 26 year old camper, not a $80, model.  It is a nice camper, but it is not new! I have the tie downs that you can put on your truck to hold it in position.  I also have a hitch extension that allows you to pull a small trailer.
