1995 Cruisers Yacht - 3570 Esprit - Nice Family Cruiser!Up for auction is my nice family cruiser that is very roomy and comfortably sleeps 4.  The only reason I am selling her is because I have not been able to use it very much.  I live 90 miles north of the marina (Harbor View Marina - Baltimore, MD).  I bought the boat in September '22 and have only taken the boat out once.  It is located at the Harbor View Marina in Baltimore, MD.  The boat is winterized and is in the water.  I need the purchase to be completed no later than 3/31/24.  The slip is paid until 3/31/24.  The new owner can take over the slip if they prefer to keep the boat at the marina.  If not, the boat must be out of the slip by 3/31/24.THERE IS NO TRAILER The boat was last surveyed (land) in 2022 and it was then valued at $43,000. I have the survey and will provide it upon request.  I tried to add it to this auction but the system will not let me do it. The boat spent most of its life as a lake boat (fresh water).  It has only been in brakish water (Baltimore) for the past 3 years.  The boat just needs a good cleaning on the outside - she cleans up real well :)I know that it hard to buy an item on ebay (especially a boat), so I will provide as much information about the boat that I can.  This past season I noticed the fridge was not keeping items cold.
