1995 34' Airstream Limited Triple Axle Queen bed
1995 34' Airstream Limited Triple Axle Queen bed
Nov 15, 2024
Description

I bought the Airstream in March of 2018 off a retired Canadian couple in Sarasota, FL.

They had installed Brazilian hardwood floors throughout the camper.

They also installed an electric heating element in the water heater, so you can have hot water without burning your propane. They had 6 new tires installed, the brakes adjusted and the bearings serviced before I picked it up. I drove it from Sarasota to Fort Payne, AL without issue. I lived in it during the week until February of 2021 (photo w red paver patio), where I towed it to Carbon Hill, AL (photos w barn). I continued to live in it during the week, and it stayed under the awning of my friend's barn until I towed it to Birmingham, AL in May of 2023. I stored it at work until July 2023.

I towed it to Pelham Range, AL where I lived and worked out of it during a training exercise from 13-29 July.

Ran the AC (it was in the mid 90s during the day), cooked, showered, slept, watched TV, etc. No issues. There were two big rain storms during that time and I had no leaks.

I recently had the main awning hardware (arms and brackets) and fabric replaced, along with the living room sun shade.

I also had the electric trailer brakes rewired due to a short in the system. Haven't had to do much to it. Replaced the fridge, and microwave, replaced the bathroom and kitchen faucets, under sink water filter, and have reapplied water proofing to the roof a few times over the years.

I had the two propane tanks re-certified while I was in Fort Payne.

The Roku TV and pivoting TV stand come with the camper (they are bolted to the counter).

There is also a smaller older Sony TV that mounts to the bedroom wall that will go the camper. The airstream is currently parked at Fort Sumpter Smith, in Birmingham, AL. It had a Canadian title when I bought it but I registered and tagged it in Alabama with just the bill of sale.

  It weighs around 7000 lbs.

  I've towed it with a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 megacab (hemi), and a 2020 Ram 1500 with the 3 liter eco-diesel.

The camper will come with the weight distributing trailer hitch, the black gaming chair/ottoman, and the dehumidifier, a 30 amp camper extension cord, an electric heated water hose, set of leveling blocks, and sewer hoses. I have the original 3 ring binder owners manual with all the schematics and another binder with receipts to include those from the previous owners.

Hit me up with any questions.

  Cash or cashiers check.
