This camper is in great condition minus a few patched holes from previous owner. We have used it several times over the years without it leaking. It's a great starter camper and sleeps 5 comfortably. It does not have ac or heat, however, lots of zippered windows for great air flow. It has new tires, propane tank, and spare tire. We our selling to upgrade as our family of 5 has out grown it.
