It has new paint, wheels, tires, shocks, struts, springs, tint, rotors, brakes, battery, torque converter, and rebuilt auto trans. AC blows cold. It handles amazingly...better than a Corvette I used to have. The interior is cloth and has NO rips, stains, etc. The DOHC motor has 106K miles, new timing belt, water pump, and lifters. The motor now has a rod knock, so will need a bottom end rebuild soon, or perhaps a 35K mile JDM motor, which can be bought for about $800. The KBB value is $4850 in good condition. The paint job alone is worth more than $2000, not to mention the wheels and rebuilt trans. I don't have the time to repair it, hate to sell it, but have decided I must. May consider trades.
