We have a 1992 38'L X 10' W one bedroom Park Model Camper for sale. We are not selling it on the lot, as we have two children and a Grandma that lives with us so we are seeking a larger camper. We just had tires put on it last summer so it is road ready. It has a 30 gallon water heater. We put in laminate flooring last year in every room but the bedroom. I The camper does have air conditioning and we use it every weekend. We have owned the camper for eight years and have not had any issues with it.
