Southwind Class A Motorhome. Chevy 454 (V8) engine with about 79,000 original miles. This motorhome has a clean title and no accident history. The engine is tight and purrs like a kitten, and does not burn or leak any oil that I am aware of. The transmission works perfect and shifts very smooth, and drive terrain is in great condition. Just recently replaced the fuel filter and installed a new fuel pump in October. The outside is in good condition. There are no dents or breaks on this rig. The blue paint on the lower half has faded, but will shine up a bit with a good wax. I just went over the top of the motor home with RV weather tape and rubber sealant. This should keep any water out and things nice and dry inside. The screens are in good shape and are not torn, so this will keep fly's and bugs at bay. Tires are in good shape as well. I just put 4 new tires on the rig. Two in the front and 2 in the back. Less than 10 miles on these tires. The interior of the motorhome is very clean for the year. The carpet and flooring is in good shape. Seats and upholstery are nice and free from any stains or tears. The wood paneling is in tact and in good shape. Lots of cubbies, closets, nooks and shelves for storage. This rig can comfortably sleep 4 adults and up to a family of 6 if you have kids or teenagers. This motorhome has been well taken care of. I have registration paperwork from the previous owner showing mileage as well as service records from oil changes and tune up, etc. Microwave works, stove and oven works, and there are 2 A/C units on top. The interior lights, water pump and tank gages all work. Now, there are a couple things that need attention. The fridge is currently not turning on when plugged in. I have not started the generator since I have owned this rig. (I have only plugged it into the power.) I need to see if the generator will start. Also, the hydraulic leveling jacks and door step are not currently working. Everything is in tact, it's probably just a fuse or switch thing. The front windshield is cracked in a few different places. Definitely drivable with the cracks, but I wanted to point it out. For the year this is an amazing rig and has lots of life left in it! People that have recently walked inside have commented on how nice and clean it is. It smells nice, it is clean, and it will make a wonderful temporary house or rig to travel in. I have taken a couple of videos of the inside as well as a video of the engine running that I can send to you if needed. I'm happy to answer questions. Clean title in hand. I will need a deposit within 48 hrs of purchase, and then I have several payment options for you. Cash, cashiers check, bank wire, venmo, credit card payment*. This RV is located in New Harmony Utah.
