This 1992 Jeep Wrangler YJ is a really clean Jeep with some nice
upgrades. This Jeep spent its life in Southern Ohio for the most
part and then came to Michigan. It was used as a summer toy in
Michigan and also used as a light trail rig. The body is clean and
straight. It has been professionally repainted once in its original
color of Radiant Fire and the paint looks awesome!! It has
aftermarket tube bumpers on the front and rear and the front has a
winch mount. All of the stainless trim and hardware is in excellent
condition. This jeep has a really cool hard top made by Steel
Horses. You can leave the hard top on and remove the front panels
instead of taking the whole thing off. It also comes with a bikini
top. The underside is really clean and solid and we found no rust
issues with this Jeep.
The interior is also in excellent condition. The seats, carpet,
dash, dash pad, and door panels all look to be original and are in
excellent condition. It has an aftermarket center console. The
headlights, taillights, brake lights, and turn signals are all
working. The windshield wipers and the horn work and the heater is
also working. A really nice and really clean basic Jeep
interior.
Mechanically this Jeep is really cool. It starts easy and runs
great!! The original engine was a 4 Cylinder and it was replaced
with a mildly built 5.7L V8 that runs strong with no issues or red
flags that we found. It has an aluminum Holley intake, Holley 650
CFM Carb, Hedman coated headers with dual exhaust, and HEI
ignition. The transmission is the Turbo 350 Automatic that shifts
nice. It is mated to the np231c transfer case withs a slip yoke
eliminator and custom driveshafts. The 4 wheel drive works like it
should. The rear axle is a Dana 35 with 4.10 gears and the front
axle is a Dana 30 with 4.10 gears. It has a custom spring over axle
lift with heavy duty shackles and custom springs. It really makes
it ride and drive great!! This is all sitting on a nice set of
aluminum wheels with 37 Inch Goodyear MTR tires. This is a cool
build that has a lot of money invested.
