This custom 1991 Land Rover Defender 90 is powered by an upgraded
4.6-liter pushrod 16-valve V8 engine delivering 300hp at 4,750 rpm
with 300 ft/lbs of torque at 3,250 rpm, backed by an R380 5-speed
manual transmission with a heavy-duty clutch. Built by Unique
Masterpieces in Portugal, it is equipped with a modified camshaft
and upgraded valvetrain with port and polished Rover heads and
intake manifold. The dished pistons are replaced with a flat-top
design boosting compression to 10:1. The cylinder sleeves were
flanged prior to assembly, cam bearings were redrilled and the
crank was polished, and the engine was balanced. It features
restored intake plenum and valve covers that were powder-coated and
milled, then rebuilt with zinc-plated hardware - bespoke stainless
exhaust manifolds and exhaust. The fuel delivery system uses Bosch
Gen-III fuel injectors. The interior is finished in a Dark Almond
color with a tweed headliner, a large moonroof and rear foldable
captain seats. The Marine Blue exterior is complemented by aluminum
door hardware, a Heritage grille and bumpers. There are less than
700 miles on this comprehensive build. **MAY NOT BE EMISSIONS
