It has a new laminate floor in the galley and a new tile floor in the bathroom.

　　It has had a new Dometic 3 way fridge, new microwave, and new roof AC installed in the last 3 years.

　　The dash is in excellent condition.

　　This unit has dual gas tanks.

　　The gauge for the rear tank is currently not working.

　　The front gas tank gauge and all other gauges work perfectly.

　　The heat and air both work great.

　　All of the appliances, lights,

　　and switches have been tested and all work properly.

　　The cabinetry looks great!

　　The fabric on the couch and the captains chairs is starting to show some age (vinyl on the captains seats is in great shape).

　　I do have some seat covers for the captain chairs.

　　The headliner and walls are all in excellent condition with the exception of one spot below the passenger side bunk window.

　　It has some staining from a leak in the past (I see this in most B190s).

　　Just to be clear...there is no damage from the leak...just staining.

　　The overhead bunk pulls out to make a large bed (72x76).

　　The captain chairs do swivel and turn towards the rear of the motorhome.

　　The bathroom area in this B190 has been professionally modified.

　　The toilet was moved from the center isle to the drivers side.

　　The shower pan was removed and a sink with shower head was installed.

　　This unit does have all of the original equipment from when it was purchased new including the table, tv, and ladder.

　　Exterior:

　　The body has been buffed and waxed and is in great shape!

　　The running boards have been recently repainted.

　　The roof, compartment, and windows have been resealed.

　　The driver and passenger side window seals have been replaced.

　　It doesn't have any fluid leaks/mechanical issues.

　　All lights and signals are in good working order.

　　It has l0 ply/load range E tires that have about 90% tread.

　　It comes with a spare that is mounted to the rear passenger door.

　　An awning has been added above the main entry door and it is in excellent condition.

　　I have the original owners manuals and lots of camping accessories

　　that come with it (power cord, sewer hoses and connections, water hoses and connections, leveling blocks, tank treatment, etc.) The B190 has been fully serviced, winterized, buffed/waxed, and thoroughly detailed for the new owner.

　　It is ready to hit the road!
