CURRENT MAINTENANCE AND UPGRADES (We were in the process of preparing to live fulltime in this coach. Recent health issues will not allow us to travel anymore.) Coach has not been used since we have improved with the following upgrades. 5/13 Oil lube filter and chassis service, kitchen inspected: Mico/ Conduction oven need leveling and oven door need a new spring. Many cabinets and storage. Power Fuse connection operation working as designed. (Advised connections will need cleaned up from sitting) New fan and vent installed in bathroom. Bathroom will need repair of tub area due to water damage. (That was next on our list) 6/13 Complete front and rear brakes completely rebuilt, Calipers and pads. Rear rotor replaced. Road tested and operating as designed 6/14 Two new Deep Cycle House batteries installed. Battery Tray serviced. Batteries tested. Working LP system tested. No leaks in LP system. LP tank full. Refrigerator and stove tested and working as designed. Possible repair of line or RO of information unit. 7/14 Replaced driver side left windshield. Urethane installation kit/seal. 4/15 Eight new tires. Balanced and installed. 12 ply Gladiator street/highway. Metal stems installed
