This is a rare find–a 1989 bike that is probably stock. And no one has done a better paint job since. Some wear to paint, and brake lever pivots are loose (I think this is a common thing with this vintage of MTB, the levers were massive and the pivots sloppy). I recently shredded some trails with this and can attest that she loves to rip. Pedals, cranks, derailleurs, wheels seem original. 3x6, rear U-brake, biopace (zoomy feeling on low gears). Best of all, these old MTBs basically have the geometry of a modern gravel bike. You can do anything with it. Slick tires, drop bars, big tires, index shifters, 9speed cassette, it’s all possible.
