Zimmer was making products that were way overpriced for the market Mobile Traveler was competing in, which is seen in the Steel frame, laminated walls and Fiberglass skin construction. NO house insulation anywhere and no wood studs, just high density closed cell foam and square metal framing. Fiberglass nose/shell covering the front top is molded over and comes down on the sides to eliminate leaks. I will upload pics from the owners manual which describes the Durastron construction. ,,
