This sporty has been a good friend and a reliable companion for the last 13 years but a change to my commute and fatherhood have left it parked more often than not. It's time to let it go to someone who has more time to ride and admire it.The custom green flake paint is in good condition but two years near the Atlantic led to some surface rust on most exposed metal parts. There's a spot on top of the tank where dribbled gas dissolved some clear coat.Everything else just works, which is kind of ridiculous for a 35 year old machine. No drips, drops, or leaks at the moment, but every three years or so I've had to replace the petcock, I think thanks to ethanol. Tires should be replaced before any serious riding due to age, not tread depth. I changed the oil and spark plugs last fall in preparation for a sale that fell through. Over the years I upgraded the headlight to LEDs, swapped in forward controls, and relocated the rear signals for the included saddlebags. It's got a solo saddle plus a two up seat with padded sissy bar. Any spare or original parts I have will be included as well. I can throw in size M matte black full face and half helmets if you like.I have 13 years of service records but the previous (possibly original) owner did all his own work.I've put this off for a long time and I don't technically need to sell but I think it should be more than just a driveway ornament.
