1987 Toyota Dolphin Motor home, Makeover this amazing motorhome has given wonderful Service. It has the 22R 4cylinder motor and automatic overdrive transmission you can tow a small car, It has Airlift airbags on rear axle suspension. It has been a very reliable vehicle .The vehicle needs at the present time a fuel pump in the tank, the motor will turn over freely now, but will not start due to the fuel pump. The fuel pump is in the gas tank I am to old to repair it so I will leave it for makeover. This is the third time it has happened, because I let the vehicle set over 6 months ( I live in Yucatan Mexico in the winter months )without starting.The fuel pump(electric) then sets up and won't function. Thusly it has to be replaced or repaired.Actually you can reach into the fuel pump once it is removed with a thin pointed object and turn the impeller over and the pump is good again,

　　test with 12volts of power, before you put it back in.

　　About the coach, the coach is clean and nice inside and yes it could be lived in,but it is tired and needs to be brought up to standard, and even improved and made better.This is therefore the reason I am going to sell The Vehicle as a makeover., the micro wave works,the refridgerator and toaster oven also, both air conditions worked as well. But I want to see it go to someone who has a little talent and is interested in repairing or transforming the Dolphin into its formal splender someone who could invest a little work and have a Nice Vehicle at a reasonable price and get good Gas Mileage when finished.The roof is a domed roof,( inside is the air-conditioner in the dome, and no longer is a head banger) while I was in Mexico The roof sprung a leak,(not in the dome,) this penetrated to The Ceiling causing some staining ,but no structural damage, ceiling can be repaired with stain killer Type white Paint, the roof has not been repaired though but has been covered with a tarp to prevent further leaking,due to my age I will leave it for new buyer at makeover.

　　There is no rust on the Toyota, the motor did not use much fuel and didn't use oil when I shut it off,and the transmission worked good. Still makeover!

　　The coach has Air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, captain chair, full length Awning,clean carpet, trailer hitch, ceramic tile shower floor New owner needs to bring car hauler trailer Or roll top wrecker as like I said the fuel pump needs to be replaced at your place, and work where you have tools for make over.
