My favorite bike of all time....the 1st generation GSXR. I am a huge enthusiast of the 1980's sport bikes. I am the 2nd owner of this fine motorcycle purchased by me in Seattle, 2010. Originally purchased at "Aurora Suzuki" Seattle, 1987. Always maintained to the highest standard and kept inside of course. I put around 400 miles a year on this GSXR. I would say this bike is a 9/10. No rust or dents and no fading of instruments. All OEM with exhaust, turn signals, windscreen and airbox intact. The bike starts and rides perfectly. No issues at all. 24,000 miles. A list of maintenance items include:- Most of the work done was by professional mechanic in Fayetteville, NC in the last 3-5 years-YSS rear shock-Rebuilt brakes with new EBC pads, piston seals, and steal braided lines-Rebuilt front shock with new progressive springs and fresh oil and seals-New wiring harness-Rebuilt carburetors with new seals and jets, ultrasonically cleaned-New DID chain-New clutch-Michelin Pilot Road 2 front/rear with plenty of miles leftImperfections:-See picture of 1 inch crack at corner of solo cowl-See picture of 1 inch scratch on left side of frame next to VIN decal. From garage tip over years ago-White portion of lower fairing/belly pain was repainted by professional (Johan's Motorcycles) in Clayton, NCIf you love the 80's vintage sport bikes like I do, you will not be disappointed with this fine example.
