The 560SL was the final version of Mercedes-Benz's landmark 107

　　series 'coupe/roadster.' It featured always-admired styling, plus

　　Mercedes engineering and all the mechanical upgrades made over the

　　years, evolving a bulletproof 5.6 liter V8 drivetrain,

　　A/C, driver's airbag and ABS brakes. They were fabulous, reliable

　　cars capable of high-speed cruising that could be easily serviced

　　in any city and had modern safety features-plus that year-round

　　capability with a snug hardtop. Now they make the perfect classic

　　car.

　　Many 560SLs are well past a quarter-million miles today, but this

　　Florida car still has only 93K-one family had it for 18 years. It

　　has a clean Carfax report with no past accident or rust issues and

　　has been well maintained over the years. Receipts show regular oil

　　services and in the last couple years the car has gotten a new

　　battery, A/C blower & compressor with updated refrigerant, new ball

　　joints, coolant hoses & belts, alignment, brake lines, pads plus

　　over $60,000 today, but they aren't any more fun to enjoy a weekend

　　with than this car is for less than half the investment! You can

　　put 5000 miles of fun on this car and not affect its value at
