　　53 foot long by 14 foot beam, steel hull houseboat is equipped with twin 2.5 Mercruisers, 8.5 kW Westerbeke generator, and flybridge with full controls. The boat has a full kitchen (full size fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, everything fully stocked) sleeps 8 people, has a bath with separate shower. There is also a second sink setup on lower level in cuddy cabins. The boat has 3 fuel tanks (250 gal capacity, one with fuel pump for other water craft), 110 gallon water tank, 19 gallon hot water heater, 40 gal Type III MSD, and a USCG certified Type I MSD. The boat has 12 v DC power, 110 VAC power and 240 V AC power for the full size house AC (has been recently replaced) that is ducted into all rooms on the boat. Also has an installed 3500 watt inverter powered from a bank of eight 6 volt DC batteries. There are two water pumps, one from the freshwater tank and one raw water to feed the head.

　　Boat has all furnishings, two TVs, antenna, stereo, linens, towels, kitchen utensils, dishes, curtains and everything else you can think of. There are two biminis for the top deck with the radar arch. Includes table and chairs and grille for top deck. The monohull boat has extensive storage space under main deck and anchor hold under front deck. There is a lifting davit for movement of items to top deck. The boat also comes with life jackets, two anchors, rope, and fenders.

　　Bottom just painted with coal tar epoxy and drives rebuilt. The upper portion of the hull was repainted as well. The drives include new gimbal bearings, bellows, water pumps, seals, zincs and propellers. The engines have 707 and 737 hours while the genset has 636 hours. The service items on both engines have been replaced including cap/rotor, thermostats, hoses, and plugs. There is an onboard battery charger for the three batteries for the engines and genset.
