I've got my '86 Nighthawk 700SC up for sale. I'm not gonna sit here and tell you it's perfect, because it isn't. It's 30 years old, has over 51k on the odometer, and that is gonna change because I still ride it. There is some fading plastic, a couple small dings, fading decals, and yes, she marks her territory wherever she is parked. All that considered she starts right up, and after warming up (she's a cold blooded quad carb beast, so judicious use of choke is required) she rides like a dream. This bike is 30 years old and has features not found on a lot of modern bikes...6 speed, shaft drive, dual disc front brake, an honest to goodness gear indicator that works, and a neutral light that hasn't lied to me yet. The tires are good tread wise but may be on their last year considering the date codes put them around 6 years old. This is really just a good, solid bike that would be great for someone just starting out that doesn't want to sink a lot of money into a first ride. That's why I bought it, and it's now time for me to move up to bigger things. I'm also including a box of spare parts, spare forks, spare wheels, and a genuine Honda repair manual.
Now...this bike is being sold as is. No warranty is expressed or implied. If you are interested in the bike, bring your cash. No test rides without cash in my hand. This has a clean SC title that I have in my possession.
