1985 TRAVELCRAFT CLASS ?B? MOTORHOME
Up for SELL is a 1985 Travelcraft Class B motorhome. This Travelcraft is a much sought after RV because of the limited number produced by Travelcraft. This is probably the most pristine used Travelcraft RV of its kind in the U.S.. This Travelcraft spent most of its life in Arizona during the winters. It always used campground hookups for water and electrical services which is the reason the generator has very low operating hours for the age of the vehicle.
INTERIOR:
? The interior is a 9. The interior is in great condition with little or no fading of original fabrics. Has levelor privacy blinds on all side windows. This RV will seat 12 people comfortably which is nice for tailgating parties.
? The interior has a built-in wine caddy with wine compartment storage and 2 comfortable lounge chairs.
? Has large pull down couch that will sleep 2 people.
? The dinette converts to a bed that will sleep 2 children or 2 small adults.
? The refrigerator was recently replaced with a 115 volt unit (no gas). The galley has a 4 burner cooktop with oven and operates on propane. There is a stainless steel two compartment sink.
? The RV has a large toilet compartment with shower and vanity lavatory.
? Storage cabinets are very adequate to store most of your camping gear and utensils. It even has a pull out spice rack and can storage cabinet.
? Has radio with great sound system with speakers front and rear.
? Has overhead mood lights that are very interesting and sexy.
? There is a heater system with thermostat if you want to use the RV through the winter. I have not tested this system, and therefore cannot guarantee that it works
? Has roof air with thermostat that blows very cold. Roof AC unit works with generator or campground hookup.
EXTERIOR:
? The BF Goodrich tires are nearly new with only 1200 miles on them. The tires cost over $1100.00 (I have the receipts).
? Exterior living quarters is a fiberglass shell in great condition. All running lights and exterior lights work great.
? Travelcraft has front and rear heavy duty diamond plate bumpers that cost $800.00 to fabricate. Rear bumper has 2 ? towing receiver with electrical hookup.
? Has 3000 watt Onan generator with only 89 hours total time. Generator can be started from inside the RV. Generator was recently serviced and is in excellent operating condition.
? Has 30 amp plug and electrical line that pulls out for camping and tucks back in for traveling.
? Has exterior hose connection for water service and a fill spout to fill fresh water tank.
? Has both black water and greywater storage tanks with diverter valves for each.
? Has two gas tanks with switch over switch on dash. I do not know the size of each tank, but both tanks I believe hold over 50 gallons total.
MECHANICAL:
? The Travelcraft is built on a Ford F350 heavy duty chassis with dual rear wheels. It comes equipped with the reliable and durable 460 Ford motor and automatic transmission.
? The rear brakes have been completely rebuilt in the past two months with new heavy duty brake linings (rear), and plungers and brake fluid supply lines.
? This Travelcraft rides and drives like a dream. It?s easy to drive like a large SUV.
? The generator was recently serviced and is in excellent running condition.
MECHANICAL ISSUES:
? Dash AC needs a belt installed and servicing. The previous owner disconnected the belt for better gas mileage. I was told the dash air works by the previous owner, however, I have not had AC system tested and therefore I do not know what the AC system needs. I cannot guarantee that the dash air works. Take this unknown mechanical condition into account when buying.

I?M THE SECOND OWNER OF THIS RV. I HAVE ONLY DRIVEN IT 1300 MILE SINCE I PURCHASED IT IN JUNE OF THIS YEAR. I?M MOVING TO HAWAII ON A JOB OPPORTINITY AND HAWAII WILL NOT ALLOW MOTORHOMES TO BE BROUGHT THERE. IF HAWAII ALLOWED MOTORHOME, THERE WOULD BE 10+ MILLION PEOPLE LIVING IN THEM (PARKED AT THE BEACHES.
