Here’s a chance to buy a rare Japanese model ‘85 GSXR 750 without all the expense of searching abroad and importing it. This bike was imported in the 80’s but never titled in the states as it was a track bike until the late 80’s. It was raced by a guy named Jon Parasena throughout Nevada and California. It has a Yoshimura race exhaust with rare 3” diameter can. I’m including the original wheels used for the track with Michelin slicks and number plates. Red wheels were recently powder coated. Also including the original exhaust, grab bar and rear foot peg brackets if you want to put it back to original. Ive owned it since 2013. I spent several years collecting the parts it needed and getting it road worthy. It had been low sided at a track day on the right and after that the owner never rode it again. I acquired all the parts from Japan. It ended up needing a new tank, all front fairings, front foot peg bracket and had 1 steering stop repaired on frame. All oem fairings and paint are original except tail panels and front fender which were repainted in 2016. There are minor stress cracks in the upper fairing near the mirror and by turn signal. Also one on left lower. Very small and have been reinforced on the back to prevent from spreading. This bike isn’t perfect but very, very nice. Other than that it original and runs great, steers well, shifts perfect. Carbs recently serviced.  The mileage is in kilometers which converts to just over 7,800 miles. It is plated in Vermont since I could not register it in California due to the 11 digit VIN#. Vermont does not issue titles on vehicles over 25 years old. Vehicle registration card can be used to transfer ownership. Please inquire if your state will register JDM vehicles before purchasing. This is a great bike to display at an AHRMA event or possibly do vintage racing with. It’s still retains most of the original safety wiring intact.
