This 1984 Trans Am convertible is being offered from a private collection in Scottsdale Arizona. This is an extremely rare find. The car was featured in Muscle Machines magazine in November 2022 and its story is quite unique and interesting. It was purchased new from Longpre Pontiac in California, and was sent directly to the R Straman company in Costa Mesa, California for its convertible top conversion. Straman was well-known for performing high-level convertible top conversions to Ferraris, and then moved on to include the Trans Am of that era. He felt there was a niche in the market due to the fact that General Motors was not offering convertible trans at that time.

　　This car is in absolutely pristine condition from front to back, and top to bottom with only 28,000 original miles driven since new.
