This listing is for a 1984 Oday 34 shoal draft sailboat.  We have spent the last 6 months sailing this boat from Deale MD to the Bahamas.  The boat has been outfitted for off grid living with an onboard powersurvivor 40e watermaker, 550 watts of solar, Renogy 3000 watt inverter/charger, 540ah of lithium phosphate battery, as well as a giant list of other goodies.  Everything will go with this boat that is boat or water related.  This will include the 9 foot dinghy, outboard motor, inflatable paddle board, all spearfishing and general fishing gear, all spare parts, heavy duty sewing machine and extra canvas, a 13k btu air conditioner and many other things.  Please WATCH THE VIDEO.  It has much more detail than anything listed here.  The last bottom job was done in October of 2022 as seen in the photos.  We have replaced the zincs while here in the Bahamas and have cleaned the hull a few times.  The bottom is good for another year before needing a fresh coat or two.  The cutlass bearing was also replaced at the time of hauling and all thru hulls were greased and checked for proper function.  The keel was also dropped, bolts checked, and resealed and torqued to spec.  The time has come for us to let go of this boat which has spent most of its life in the Chesapeake and is very well documented.  Standing rigging looks to be in very good condition, I have been up the mast many times and a harness will be included in the sale as well as a rig tension gauge as it was tuned recently.  Running rigging is fair with two blocks that will need replaced soon as the plastic wheels are cracking.  We have a house to build and I won't allow this boat to sit.  The boat is being sold AS-IS and at whatever price it sells at.  We are currently crossing back from the Bahamas to Lake Worth Florida.  the boat can be delivered anywhere between West Palm Beach and Port Saint Lucie Florida to a marina or anchorage of your choice.  We will be back in the states the day before the auction is up.***PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO***(copy and paste link into new window)Video Link: https://youtu.be/sobLtdLAgV0- Again,this boat is being sold AS-IS.- If you have zero or less than 5 as a feedback rating please contact us prior to bidding or big will be cancelled.- A 500 dollar non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours via Zelle or Paypal.- The full Balance is due within 7 business days of auction end via certified check or wire transfer.- Please contact me after the auction is up so that we can start the communication process for title transfer and to meet in person to go over everything.
