The good:
Mechanically solid.
460/7.5L v8 has plenty of power, even for towing.
Interior is pretty decent. The upholstery, cushions and even mattress are all good.
Appliances are all there and good. As can be seen from the pics, the stove/oven look like new.
The wooden shades and wood accordion doors are in good shape, cabinets too.
There is room for dual batteries and for this, with a battery isolator already installed. Front tires are like new.
The not so good:
Water damage inside roof by the galley and also above driver compartment in forward bunk. It's dry, but damage is there as seen in pics.
The fridge needs a thorough cleaning and possibly some repair.
The front tires are like new, but the rear are dry rotted.
The engine is smooth at 89,000 miles, but it has a manual choke, and needs a tuneup.
In fine condition, this is about a $5000 rv. For someone with the time and a little know how, this could be brought up to that condition quickly and inexpensively.
