1982 Jeep CJ7 Laredo Hardtop
We are listing this Jeep for a local client, He has sold his house
lost parking and storage, and must sell his Jeep. He has owned this
jeep just over a year and would love to keep it. This particular
Jeep is in much better condition than most CJ7's I have driven.
The Jeep is a Laredo, which is the highest Trim level Jeep offered.
The paint appears original but we cannot confirm or deny that it
is. We have gone over the paint with a paint meter and readings
have a pretty large range. The interior appears to be original with
a nice patina on the OE front leather seats. The rear seat has been
recovered at some point The ash pad appears original with 1 crack
in front of the driver. The hard top, doors and decals are all in
very good condition.
Mechanically the Jeep runs and drives very well. This truck has
been fitted with a throttle body fuel injection system that works
very well. The manual gearbox and transfer case all work correctly.
Clearly the speedometer has been replaced at some point as the
truck clearly has more than 6k miles. Our shop did charge the air
conditioning system and it does work. We also completed a
comprehensive fluid service with all fluids replaced.
If you are in the market for an excellent example of Jeep CJ7 I
