This bike has the frame and swingarm media blasted, epoxy primed, and painted with a PPG single stage polyurethane Black. 6 coats. The fuel tank and rear fender were also this paint. 6 coats. New neck and swingarm bearings, races and seals. The stock 80" engine and drivetrain had 22,000 miles on them, so I split the cases and did a total rebuild on both. Cases were media blasted, sprocket shaft, and pinion shaft bearings. The wheels were perfectly true with less than .0015 runout between shafts. Took factory cyls to .0020, new cast pistons and iron rings. Oil pump and case breather were perfect. machined engine cases to take .575 at cam lobe, new cam brg. Heads got blasted, new guides,will take 525 lift. New manley valves, new Addrews BH grind Hydraulic cam, collars, retainers and complete valve job with light pocket porting on the intake valve seat. Lifter bases were honed .005 for new JIM'S big axle hyd. lifters and CRANE adj. pushrods. Rocker arm tips have been recurved. S&S E carb. Transmission was done the same way. Brgs, seals, clutch hub, linkage,chain shoe, clutches, If it was not perfect I changed it. There are NO broken fins or repaired ears or stripped threads or screwed up mating surfaces. The frame has numbers stamped in the neck and the original frame tag with serial #, The engine has matching serial#, plus matching case numbers. All new wiring, oil lines,wheels, tires chain, progressive 300lb shocks. 2 sets of exhaust (shown and 2 " drags. Custom leather seat and tank pouch. JOKER MACHINE forward controls. There are a few scratches in the chrome. The rear fender supports are vintage custom and I made the rear fender from the tail dragger I took off. Everything on this bike was put in, as new, perfect, condition. The speedo head has 7K on it, but it works great, so I used it.
