SPRING CLEANING ,1980 HONDA CB400N  with only 6554miles from new , was one owner a former Pan am Captain. Has not been on the road since start of the 1990's I purchased this a decade ago and then put into storage with my large collection of bikes for the future.It is a time capsule of 45yrs ,remember that its not perfect by far ,only major damage is the headlight bucket that has a crack in it  (Ebay $65) never been crashed ,inside tank is great and best of all Stock Pipes (not rusted or damaged) The past week:-I have installed a new maintenance free battery-Rebuilt the caliper with stainless piston and new seals all-round-Cleaned the carbs -New filter and oil -New air filterand a general service totaling $1500Again it is not new ,but 45yrs old . Usually these are going for 3 through Bring a trailer and mecum Priced to cover what I paid for it 10yrs ago and the parts used ....nothing elsetitle ? no title but I have lien papers (through my shop) as the bike is completely out of the DMV system$185 to get title and new rego.Fantastic investment ,very sought after in japan. Very hard to find one that hasn't had mods or been trashed as they were a commuter bike .1979 CBX1miles , OEM tires coming soon and a few others (nothing this cheap !)
