1980 Shovelhead, FXS 80 CI (1340 CC)1980 Harley Davidson FXS(80 CI Shovelhead, 4 speed with kick and electric start), 43-year-old thumper. She runs great, no leaks and fires right up. The shovelhead motor is like old tractor motors. Once you get her right, add her four-speed transmission, and she will pull you around town, loud and hard. I got her dependable to ride, only 16, 977 miles. I do not have to sell her, but looking at getting another toy and work doesn’t allow me the time to finish restoring her.So many new parts/builds, but mainly complete transmissions rebuild. From new Kick start, bearings, gears, over to inner primary, with closed belt drive conversion. New braided oil lines, oil tank, and cables. New forward controls, battery, ignition, coil, wires.  Inner primary all bearings, clutch housing(roller bearings) clutch discs and springs. New Super E carb, all new fuellines. New solo seat with rear passenger leather pad (not for passenger comfort but looks bad *** for rider). New rear end lowed shocks drop her just right. Have stock two up seat in new condition as well.All stock parts saved for buyer as well.Being honest here, frame and front wheels show the years, but new tires and bearings make her ride safe. High beam light switch froze up, all other lights and switches work, all new parts below, but no time to upgrade all. Have new bars 14-inch-wideapes, all chrome controls and new bar wiring kit. Numerous other new parts, just no time to finish her here. Wanting $6200, but reserve lower and will take offers and possible trades.Honest seller, no gamers please.
