She shows like a much newer boat and don’t be fooled by the low starting bid amount. The decks are clean, no thin gelcoat worn through, no areas of crazing and cracking like so many older boats suffer. She’s a beauty. The interior woodwork is in overall excellent condition, again, she is a very presentable boat. Stainless pulpits and rigging and deck hardware and fixtures are clean and not rusty. Gelcoat is clean and consistent. There are no deck leaks. There are minimal spots of worn wood items that could use sprucing up.She has a Yanmar2GM20F 16 hp diesel engine, in perfect running condition. The engine starts immediately with the turn of the key. There are less than 600 hours on the engine. The prop shaft zinc is replaced every year.The boat has been hauled, hull pressure washed, and stored on the hard during the winter every season. Electrical and batteries checked, toilet and holding tank winterized, rigging examined. The bottom was painted with antifouling two years ago and the bottom is very clean, ready to go. The electronic panel mounted on the binnacle above the wheel is a defunct radar unit; the radar has been removed. Wheel helm tension/lock knob works fine; throttle and gear selector work fine. Boat includes bimini and possibly a dodger if we can find it.The boat is currently berthed in a superlative Safe Harbor marina in charming and historic Wickford, Rhode Island. The buyer may use the current dock berth for free through the end of October, 2023. The buyer may have the boat hauled for winter at the full-service marina or must remove it; the marina ends dock operations at the end of October.
