Selling a mostly original, vintage 1978 Kawasaki KX-250-A4, good running, survivor motorcycle.  The bike has all of the original hard to find parts including the gold anodized rims, gold anodized swingarm, black fork gators and lower fork protectors, pipe, silencer, tank, seat and shocks.  The seat has three small tears which you can see in the photos. The tank is really nice (aluminum) with one minor knee impression on the right side (which you should be able to see in the photos).  The forks are clean.  There is a dent on the back side of the silencer. I'm not sure if the handlebars are original or not.As far as I noted, everything is original but the following parts which we replaced with new:* Nightmare reproduction fenders and side panels (the best!)* Reproduction white number plate decals* Reproduction side number plate KX-250 decals* Motion Pro grips* Aftermarket control levers* Kenda tires & HD tubes* Uni air filterThe frame and engine serial numbers are very low, KX250A-000068 for the frame and KX250AE-000077 for the engine. Given how close the frame and engine serial numbers are, I would say that the engine is original for the bike. The bike DOES NOT have a title (ebay doesn't have that option so I selected "clean title" - please ignore that). I'm happy to write you a bill of sale for the bike.I have had this bike in my collection for many years in an as-purchased condition and do not know the history of the bike or the engine (and I have not opened the engine for any purpose).  I did run the engine briefly recently and it ran well but I would recommend that you dismantle it for inspection and replacement of any worn parts before hammering it.
