25 foot cabin cruiser Last in the water in the fall of 2014. Gas is two years old but we started it yesterday and it ran great and idled fine. Need to sell before the gas sits another year and willing to let it go for a song. (80-90 gallons in tank)

　　Mostly needs a good scrubbing and regular maintenance but there are a few things that need immediate attention.

　　Impeller is fried. we started the boat and the water wasn't circulating well and in a minutes time we started to smell burning rubber. We knew it was due but didn't know it was critical.

　　trailer brake is inoperative probably due to rust

　　exhaust blower fan works but the mounting bracket is broken

　　prop is usable but worn

　　rebuilt 305 engine about 250 hours ago

　　new battery and tires in 2014 both in excellent condition
