Unknown condition, selling for family member. Diesel engine has not been started in a year, unknown condition. Hull was cleaned approximately 6 months ago. It is currently being stored IN the water at a marina in Port Lavaca, TX. Slip fee is $266/month and is transferrable. The table that goes with the bench seating is not pictured, but is in great condition. An electric cooler/ice box was stored in it place that has since been removed. There is a broken/missing piece of the "skylight" but it has been covered with dinghy and has not caused any issues with water. Dingy will also be sold with the boat. Unfortunately, we do not know a lot about the boat, nor its soundness. We can try to answer any questions to the best of our ability. The harbor master is also a great resource. "Rosy" is sold as is and will be a great "project boat" for the enthusiast who knows of her quality craftsmanship. Clean transfer of title.
