Vintage 1974 CB550 Honda. Bike has been extensively rebuilt. Engine has been disassembled. Cases, head and cylinders have been vapor blasted. Transmission was inspected. Primary chain and cam chain replaced along with all cam chain guides. All seals have been replaced. 1st over pistons installed with bore and hone. Valve seats reground. Cam and rockers have been reground to stock specifications. Rocker cover has been updated to the later 77-78 CB550 cover. Early rocker shafts(8 total) had a tendency to rotate in bore. Later covers used 4 shafts and were pinned to prevent rotation and premature wear. All engine cases have been highly polished. Electronic Ignition by Dyna with Dyna coilsTapered bearings have been installed for steeringCarbs have been ultrasonically cleaned and rebuilt Frame and all associated parts have been powder coated. Brakes have been rebuilt. Master cylinder was anodized. Brake lines replaced along with pads. Rear brake shoes replaced. Seat pan has been powder coated and new cover installed.Has complete tool kit.Gas tank is extremely clean Wheels were rebuilt using new spokes. Front rim was replaced. Paint was professionally done, All chrome (except pipes) is original to the bike and is in excellent condition.Gages were rebuilt and milage reset to Zero.
