　　THIS IS A NICELY DONE SIGNED AND NUMBERED ETCHING BY AN ARTIST NAMED KIRWAN. THERE IS NO FIRST NAME ON THE PRINT, IT IS JUST SIGNED KIRWAN.

　　Frame measures 25" by 21" by 1 1/2"

　　Print measures 16" by 13"

　　Print has yellowed from age

　　Matting has also yellowed from age but there are some sections of the matting that did not yellow and are whiter

　　It was professionally framed with UV glass

　　The frame was painted over a dark grey color and there is some chipping of the paint and wall paint spots on it when the wall was repainted.

　　I AM NOT 100% SURE THIS IS NUMBER 16/225. THE NUMBER IS RIGHT UP TO THE MATTING, THERE COULD BE ANOTHER NUMBER NEXT TO IT. SO IT COULD BE 16/225, 116/225 OR 216/225. BUT ALL THAT IS SHOWING IS 16/225.
