This is my 1970 Honda SL175. It has an older restoration which I touched up over the winter. It now has new cables all 'round. The seat latch was replaced as the old one was pretty rusty. I replaced the tail light lens and put in an LED light while I was there. I have a full tool kit for the bike but the seat is a reproduction and does not have the tool tray on the underside. I replaced the rubber tubes between air cleaners and carbs. The air cleaners themselves are the foam type and new ones were installed. The left carb is an NOS one and the right one has been thoroughly cleaned. The engine was tuned up and new plugs of the correct DH8A were installed. I have new NGK plug caps, but haven't yet had a chance to put them on. I purchased a replacement wiring harness, but found that the previous owner didn't cut into the wiring harness and instead just needed to tidy up what they began. The engine runs and idles well. I placed a new battery in the bike as the old one had sat too long and would not take a full charge. Along with the tools, I have an owner's manual and a can of touch-up paint that Honda used to supply with new bikes. Tires are fairly new and still have the casting nubs on them. The bike isn't perfect, however; the brake hubs should be polished and the spokes need cleaning. I noticed when I rolled out the bike this spring, that the speedo needs to go to San Diego Speedo and have it re-conditioned. I've put new Honda factory fuel line on the bike and the cross-over tube was made extra long to make it less messy when removing the tank. I've put new rubber cushions for the tank. The ignition switch and fork locks were replaced to have one key for both.
