427ci-Powered 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Coupe
This Camaro was restored as a ZL-1 tribute car and completed in 2019. The exterior was refinished in Hugger Orange with a black top, the interior was reupholstered in black vinyl with houndstooth cloth inserts, and an aluminum ZL-1 427ci crate motor from GM Performance was mated to its four-speed manual transmission. Features include RS-badging, rear quarter panel louvers, 15″ Rallye-style wheels, power brakes, power steering, and a stainless-steel dual exhaust system. Silver-painted 15″ Rallye-style wheels with polished trim rings and hubcaps wear BFGoodrich Radial T/A raised white letter tires. The coil springs, shocks, and leaf springs were reportedly replaced along with the front suspension bushings, tie rods, ball joints, and pitman arm. Power-assisted steering and brakes are equipped, and the brake booster and master cylinder were also replaced.
