This is a sludge trap out complete rebuild using all new parts. Engine has all new bearings, bushings and seals, including new 750cc barrel and pistons, Megacycle cams and new R/D valve springs. New Hepplewhite valves and 3 angle valve seat grind. 4 speed transmission rebuilt using all new bearings and seals. Has a new Hayward belt drive and clutch with custom hydraulic clutch opperation using bar mounted master cylinder. Engine breathing is custom modified to use hollow casting at front engine mount as a collection chamber and routed to catch tank between carbs. New oil pump and hoses. Engine cases are polished and matched using custom primary belt cover. New Morris magneto driven off left side of exhaust cam where tach drive is normally located. New Amal 32mm carbs mounted to Bonnieville head which is port matched and polished. Exhaust pipes are Factory Metal Works and are ceramic coated. Stator and rotor are new and feed a Boyer battery eliminator to power lights, horn and speedometer. The frame is a David Bird 1" lower with no stretch and standard rake. Paughco 2" over springer with Cycle Standard mini drum 19" wheel. Rear hub, brake drum and backing plate have been chromed along with new rear sprocket and laced to new 16" rear rim. Tires are new Avon. Gas and oil tank are from Lowbrow, gas tank is epoxy lined and oil tank is modified to clear frame rear down tube. Seat is Biltwell using Chopper Shox. New Magura brake lever and drag bars. Frame and tank are powder coated after sand blasting and washing.
