1967 Mercury Cougar XR-7:  Motor Trend Car of the Year

　　The car has been in our family about 40 years.  It was driven very little. 

　　Burgundy with tan buckets,

　　Numbers matching, odometer shows 77,000.

　　Has a 289 V8 with C4 trans, dual exhaust, drum brakes

　　Tilt-away steering wheel works

　　This is a driver, not a restored car.

　　Had a repaint in the 2000s, interior is decent, could use a carpet.

　　Exterior has a few surface rust spots.

　　Headlight vacuum system is not working currently, though all exterior lights and sequentials work,

　　Front and rear bumpers, headlight grills, 15” wheels, 

　　What works?  Headlights, taillights, brights, Oil gauge, Heat, AC, interior lights, wipers, blinkers, 5 seat belts,

　　What doesn’t work?  Gas gauge, odometer, radio, clock,

　　Salvage title

　　I can send more pics and videos on request. Asking $17,000, I will not arrange shipping, and there is a $1000 deposit required. I am not in a pinch to sell it, I just don’t get to enjoy it as much as I’d like to.
