Up for sale is a 1966 Ducati Diana Mark 3 250cc. This is 1960s Ducati at it's finest. Beautiful design and performance from this Mid-Century exotic. Rated at 30hp with a top speed of 110mph, the Mark 3 was the revelation that the Mach 1 first brought to the table, fully realized in the last of the great Narrow Case models. All of the trick original bits are here. Rear sets, Veglia tach, Dell'Orto SSI 29D carburetor, megaphone muffler, and clip on handlebars. The rims were upgraded at some point to alloy Borrani Records and they wear Pirelli Mandrakes.I obtained this Mark 3 along with a parts collection a little over a year ago. Fired it up at purchase, and again when I got it home. It has been sitting in my office since that time.Cosmetically, I would consider the condition to be a nice quality riders grade. The paint on the tank is almost certainly original. The inside of the tank is currently dry and pretty darn clean. The 'tins', fenders, toolboxes and headlight, look to have been repainted, but I'm not 100% on that. The patina on the tank is a close match to the patina on the other painted parts. There are small paint chips and spots showing through the paint on these parts, but no dents or dings. No signs of cosmetic repair or alteration anywhere on the bike.I have a title from the former owner who has long since passed. This will be included in the sale but I don't believe you will be able to use it for transfer purposes, thus I am selling on a Bill of Sale Only. This is a ten day auction, but I have included what I feel is a reasonable Buy It Now price for prospective buyers who would prefer to avoid the auction process.Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, but I will do my best to help facilitate a smooth transaction on my end. Payment to be made in advance of pick-up via Cashiers Check, Money Order, Zelle, or bank transfer. Payment in person via cash is also accepted. Please feel free to contact me via eBay messaging or via phone at
with any questions. I'm here to help. Thanks for taking the time to check out the listing and happy bidding!
