Early model build #696. Either a late 1966 or an early 1967? As with the Metisse listed above I have owned this bike for close to 30 years. It was going to be my weekend ARHMA race bike in the the day. I believe the engine was rebuilt in Lynn Mobley's shop 30 years ago, but my memory is a bit vague as I did have four of these bikes as well as four pf the 200cc Mk1s. Has enough compression to pop your finger off the spark plug hole... Take it with a grain of salt. Wheels rebuilt at same time. It is about 90% complete. It is a project!Listed for about what you would pay for the Kit America bits. Needs a new home.Kit America stuff: Old period vintage close ration gearbox (same as Astro M90) and expansion pipe, vintage Hugh's Bultaco tank, fairing, seat and rear sets. has vintage Avon race tires fitted... odd to think stuff you bought new iso now vintage!Papers: Zerox Manuals, book, misc.Missing: Tool box, switches, peripheral electronics, other?Odds and ends: The Tomaselli clip-ons hit the tank... you will want something else. I have a Sherpa S engine with 2 barrels if you want a non-enclosed chain style set of cases for a race bike. Was my plan at the time. Negotiable.Pick-up: I am about 90 miles from Birmingham, Al and Barbers so pick up on your way to the ARHMA Vintage Festival in October should be easy.
