The bike runs but needs to have the carbs set up correctly. I had both Bing 1/26 carbs rebuilt. They were set to factory spec, however the bike seems to run a bit rich. New Metzer tires were installed and have less than 400 miles on them. The toolkit was stolen. Only one large wrench remains with the dirty BMW cloth. The bike does however have the very rare air pump as can be seen in the photos located below the right side of the seat. This is a great opportunity for someone to buy a rare R69S and either make it road worthy in its current condition or restore. This is a triple number matching bike. The dual seat and luggage rack were on the bike when he bought it new. This bike is unrestored and almost 50 years old, it is being sold as is.
