Ducati 250 Mk3.  Engine is fresh, has great compression, starts and runs well. Almost idles with Dellorto SSI 29 carburetor, “Power Dynamo” ignition and alternator. Hot spark. Good 12volt lighting. Uses H4 bulb. Open megaphone exhaust. Frame is powder coated bright black. Chassis is well assembled with some nice stainless bits: axles, return springs, etc.  The fuel tank has good paint but is not correctly done (see photos) Tool boxes are original paint. Veglia tachometer is new and GENUINE! Seat in excellent condition, Tires are decent period correct. chrome on rims is very good. Clutch works properly - no drag, no slip. 5 speed transmission is flawless. Engine is clean inside and out with all castings in excellent condition. No scars or pitting, no damaged cooling fins. Wheel hubs and other castings also in excellent condition. Correct petcocks, hand controls, switches, brake light switch, Super Practic B throttle. All control and brake cables are new. No horn. This is a solid, well sorted and ready to ride little vintage Ducati.   This bike was originally sold in Australia where it was displayed for years at a small private museum (not being used!) before being brought to Mecum’s Las Vegas several years ago, where I bought it and have since been through the entire bike. It is very clean!   Has clear Washington title and is registered as Collector Vehicle.
