This horn is in remarkably good shape, not perfect but very good. I Don't see any dents to speak of. Comes in the original case. All of the valves and slides function. Comes with the mouthpiece. My guess is this was played for one year and then put away in the closet for the next 60! How else could you explain it being in this good of condition?
