1957 C172, Sportsman STOL, TT 3605,SMOH & Prop time 123.59 hours, hangared at KLRU (NM), new leather interior, all logs. Straight Tail with Sportsman STOL. TT 3605.53 SMOH 123.59. Actively flown in NM and South Central CO. All Logs. Maintenance priority. Fun to fly. Hard to stall while easy to land. Lands/takes off short field. Hangared since purchased. Leather/carpet interior. Inquire for more photos and info. the spec sheet will have to be changed to reflect the new annual date but at the moment I cant give you any sign off date as Las Cruces Aero is taking it into their hangar some time this week.

　　Prop time is same as engine since major overhaul. We needed a new crankshaft at overhaul and all there was happened to be for a O300C. That was purchased new. Thus the engine was rebuilt as a C instead of as an A. The old prop didnt work and I sold through barnstormers. The new prop is a McCauley. the jugs were put in within a few months of overhaul or at overhaul. One of the new ones did not hold compression last year at the annual. The IA who has the engine rebuild business called the supplier which provided a new one. I still had to pay for the re-install but that jug is newer. Break in was according to the re-builders requirements.
