For Sale is a 1950's vintage Ideal US Army Artillery Cannon. It is EXTREMELY rare as I have never seen one come up on eBay since I bought this one many years ago! I tried to Google it to find a comparable example, but there were none to compare it to!! The Canon is about 10 1/2" long by 4 1/2" wide by 6" high. The barrel is 2" wide. It is made of light olive drab soft plastic. The cannon is in EXCELLENT condition, no missing or broken parts or pieces.. Even the original metal axles and wheels are present as the photos show. The makers mark (Ideal) is signed on the wheels as the photos will show. Please see all the photos to get an exact idea of the fine condition of this vintage Baby-Boomer toy. I seem to recall that when I bought it many years ago, it came with several 4" flat Ideal soldiers, but I have NO idea whatever became of them.
