Beautiful fall California rural landscape from circa 1940s - 1950s. Signed and attributed to Ruth House (1919 - 2004)  a California resident and enthusiastic hobby painter. Vintage oil painting on (unlined) canvas with old (original) frame. Painting is in good condition with no holes or tears, frame has some blemishes like scratches, cracks, dust, linen liner is yellowed and has some small stains.
