Work in 2015 consisted of stripping and repainting the body and chassis, performing rust repairs, overhauling the engine and transmission, rewiring the truck, reupholstering the bench seat, and servicing the radiator, winch, gauges, and brakes as well as installing a replacement tailgate, bed crossmember, running boards, rear fenders, and rebuilding the starter motor, generator, voltage regulator, fuel pump, and carburetor. The truck is finished in red and black over gray cloth upholstery and powered by a replacement 230ci inline-six linked to a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Equipment includes a pop-out windshield, black running boards, a white oak bed floor, a PTO winch, a pintle hitch, a bed-mounted spare tire, locking front hubs, 16″ five-lug steel wheels, and military-style tires.
